ICQ support coming

My friend Javier has been working on ICQ support in joscar, and it looks like it's going to be ready for release sometime soon. It involved some minor changes to joscar, but the bulk of the ICQ support is in a pluggable module package kind of thing. It doesn't support every aspect of ICQ, I don't think, but it's definitely a lot of code, and supports the most important things for sure.

I've been working on joscar some lately, and I think 0.9.4 might be released sometime soon, maybe in sync with the ICQ addon package release. I'm thinking about working towards 1.0, and finalizing the joscar API sometime soon. If anyone has any feedback on the API, I'd be glad to hear it. I'll be posting more specific questions here. I'd like joscar to have the most powerful interface possible while still being easy enough to use and maintain.

That seriously rocks. ICQ support too? I'm impressed up. Keep up the great work :) We Java coders need just one, high quality IM library!
