joscar is an easy-to-use, robust library for connecting to AOL Instant Messenger from Java.
With joscar, your users can send and receive messages (including image & secure messages), transfer files, and join chat rooms. A powerful event model allows for tight integration with a graphical or Ajax interface, to provide a cool user experience.
Development status
joscar is being casually developed by various contributors. The Subversion repository is kept relatively stable and up-to-date.
